Why I Do It This Way

I have worked at big stores where the goal was to win the negotiation. I did not like it, and neither did the customers. When I opened Always Auto, the rule was simple: tell people the truth, price the cars right the first time, and fix what needs fixing before it ever hits the lot. Every vehicle we sell goes through an inspection in our own service department. If it will not pass, it does not go out front.

What We Do

• Used cars, trucks and SUVs — mostly trucks and SUVs, because this is North Texas
• Segway powersports — UTVs and side-by-sides
• Full service department — brakes, A/C, tires, oil changes, diagnostics, open to everybody, not just our customers
• Paintless body shop — hail and dent repair, which matters a lot around here
• Financing — including customers who have been turned down somewhere else
