What we do on UTVs and side-by-sides

• CVT / drive belt replacement — the number-one failure on any side-by-side. If you've been mudding, towing or crawling at low speed, the belt is the first thing to go, and it usually takes the clutch sheaves with it if you keep riding on it.
• Clutch service — primary and secondary clutch cleaning, weights, springs and rollers. A glazed clutch eats belts no matter how many new ones you put in.
• Oil, filters and scheduled maintenance — engine oil, front and rear differential and transmission fluid, air and fuel filters, spark plugs.
• Tires and wheels — UTV and ATV tires mounted and balanced on our own machine, plus plugs and patches when you pick up a mesquite thorn.
• Brakes and suspension — pads, rotors, calipers, bushings, shocks, ball joints and tie rods.
• Electrical and charging — batteries, starters, stators, no-start diagnosis and accessory wiring that was done wrong the first time.
• Accessory installation — winches, plows, roofs, windshields, light bars, audio, cargo boxes, mirrors and bumpers.
• Cooling and overheating — radiators, fans, thermostats and the mud-packed radiator screens that cause most of it.

Ranch and job-site machines

A machine down in the middle of the week is a real problem, so we quote fast and tell you honestly whether it's a same-day fix. How often does a UTV drive belt need replacing?
It depends far more on how you ride than on hours. Hard low-speed work, mud, towing and long climbs cook belts fast; open trail riding is much easier on them. If you smell burning rubber or feel a shudder pulling away from a stop, get it looked at.

Do you have to be the selling dealer to work on my machine?
No. We're a Segway dealer, but the shop takes every brand whether you bought it here or not.

Can you mount UTV and ATV tires?
Yes, on our own machine, along with plugs and patches. Thorn punctures are constant around here.

Do you install winches, plows and light bars?
Yes, including the wiring — done properly, fused and routed so it doesn't chafe through in six months.

Do you work on ATVs and four-wheelers too?
Yes, same shop, same crew.
