Hours & Directions
Always Auto sells and installs tires for cars, trucks and SUVs at 2213 Old Jacksboro Hwy in Wichita Falls, and we price them to beat the big chains. Call or text (940) 228-3800 with the size on your sidewall and we will quote you in minutes. Most installations are finished the same day.
Look on the sidewall for something like P265/70R17. That is the width in millimeters, the aspect ratio, and the wheel diameter in inches. Read us those numbers over the phone and we can price your tires without you leaving the house.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Closed Sunday.
We price-shopped every tire store in Wichita Falls, including the discount chains, and we came out cheaper. So here are our actual prices. These are per tire; mounting, balancing, taxes and fees are additional. Call (940) 228-3800 with your size for an out-the-door total.
Do not see your size? We can get almost anything. Read the size off your sidewall, call or text (940) 228-3800, and we will price it while you are on the phone. If you found a lower price somewhere in town, bring it to us and let us take a look.
Prices are per tire and do not include mounting, balancing, taxes, fees or TPMS service. Vehicle fitments listed are common examples only — always confirm the size on your door jamb sticker or sidewall.
How do I know when I need new tires?
Stick a penny in the tread with Lincoln head down. If you can see the top of his head, you are at or below 2/32 of an inch and it is time. Also look for cracking in the sidewall, uneven wear, or any bulge — a bulge means replace it now.
How much are tires at Always Auto?
It depends on size and brand, but tires are one of the things we are most competitive on in Wichita Falls. Call (940) 228-3800 with your size and compare us against anybody in town.
Do I need to replace all four tires at once?
On all-wheel drive and four-wheel drive vehicles, usually yes — mismatched tread depth can damage the drivetrain. On two-wheel drive you can often replace in pairs, always on the same axle.
How often should I rotate my tires?
Every 5,000 to 7,500 miles, or every other oil change. It is cheap and it is the single easiest way to make a set of tires last longer.
Why do my tires wear unevenly?
Usually alignment, worn suspension parts, or under-inflation. We can check alignment while the tires are off, which is the right time to catch it.
Do you do tires for work trucks and towing?
Yes. We keep load-range and towing-capable options in mind for the trucks and diesels we see every day out here.
Can I get tires if I did not buy my vehicle from you?
Absolutely. Our tire shop serves all of Wichita Falls, Burkburnett, Iowa Park, Vernon, Electra and Lawton, Oklahoma.
